Who is Chef Dan?

I, Chef Dan, am one of South Africa’s only Personal Kosher Chefs. I am a professionally trained chef, having studied culinary art. I have worked all over Johannesburg before becoming religious and becoming an exclusively kosher chef. Now I travel all of Southern Africa doing what I love most, feeding people.
