Are you certified under a kosher certification agency (Hechsher)?

Short answer no. Long answer kind of. Due to the nature of how I operate, in people’s homes and in safari lodges, all throughout Southern Africa, there is no real way for anyone to certify me. I do not have a permenant physical premises.

However I am a qualifed and registered mashgiach. I have trained through Kosher Institute of America and their AKO certified program. I have additionally had much experience having worked with many much more learned mashgichim than I.

Should you require references I will be happy to make them available on request.

What about equipment if I am having a function, somewhere other than my home or going on Safari?

I own a fully equipped kosher kit. In which I have all of the tools I need to create incredible kosher food. This kit is portable and can travel with me to any location you can imagine. I have even sent equipment as far as Mozambique and Tanzania.

This kit is kept under my supervision at all times and always sealed and opened by myself personally.

Are you able to work as just a Mashgiach, should I only need that?

Of course. This can be arranged with me privately.
